for all search product are as follows

| Step
One - THE SEARCH |
| You
must have the State, Business Name, or the Full Name of the person whom
the search will be performed on. |
| After
requesting the "SEARCH", using the info above, the system will
return a list of UCC Filing "REPORTS". Some general information
on the UCC filing is returned with the "SEARCH", and to see the
details of the filing, you will need to request the "REPORT".

| If
you request a "State Search", you can receive several "REPORT"
listings in return, so it is important to narrow your search with as much
information as possible. |
| If you request
a "National Search", you can receive hundreds of "REPORT"
listings, so to save you weeks of going over "REPORT" information,
the more precise you are with your "SEARCH" the better. |

| Step
Two - THE REPORT |
| After
you request a SEARCH, you will be given the list of "REPORT'S"
available. Just choose the "REPORT'S" you would like to see. |

48
States are available in all products, but Hawaii and West Virginia, must
be done as a "Manual Search", with additional costs that varies
by state.
|
| NOTE:
If a UCC filing is recorded on an entity residing in Hawaii, West Virginia,
or any of the available 48 States, and the UCC is filed another State, using
the out-of state address of the entity, those UCC filings will be available.
|
| Example:
The ABC Finance Company in Texas, files a UCC in Texas, against Mr. Smith
who is in Wisconsin, when you perform a search on Mr. Smith, you will be
able to see the records from Texas that the ABC Finance Company filed against
Mr. Smith in Texas, even if Mr. Smith resides in Wisconsin. |
Most
other companies only provide you with the UCC filings for the State
you request, so as you can see from the above example, you would not
receive information about other UCC that were filed. Our System CROSS'S
the information to provide a more complete search.

SEARCH is only $14.95 per search. You have the option of Per State or National,
and the option of using Business Name or Personal Name. |

can view and print your search results, and choose the REPORTS you wish
to see details on. |
| The
additional options you can use will give you the ability to View, Print,
Merge, and Open in MS Word, all your requested REPORTS. All this at a cost
far below the going rates of other providers. |
| In
order to take advantage of these great savings, you must pull a minimum
of 5 reports a month. An account activation, with monthly billing is required.
And you can pay by Invoice, using Company Check, or Major Credit Card |

of Reports available from the search. The cost for the reports is determined
by the number of pages in the report. The average cost per Report $2.00
to $5.00 depending on the number of pages. |

| Turn
around time is 1-2 Business Days for the Search, an additional 1-2 Business
Days for the copies of the reports to be sent to you. |

The Search includes certificate with debtor name and file numbers. |

you want plain or certified copies of the Records found, an invoice will
be e-mailed or faxed to you, and you can return to our Payment Center to
order your Reports. Reports are $.75 per page for copies of the UCC filings. |
